Video Description:

Theodora Day is a freshman arriving at her dorm to start college, but she's faced with the predicament that Freya Parker is inhabiting her room, almost like a squatter. Freya doesn't want to leave the luxurious room for the budget rooms, but her parents stopped paying for the upgraded dorm room.

Resident adviser Spencer Bradley has previously assigned Freya to move out to another room, and puts her foot down, ordering the girl to leave. That solves the problem for now, but Theodora is depressed, away from home at her parents' insistence that she go away to college, and her girlfriend back home has dropped her, unwilling to have a long-distance relationship.

Empathetic Spencer tries to build the youngster's confidence, but the mutual (and flirty) flattery leads to Bradley departing from her professional avoidance from fraternizing with the students, and kissing leads to accelerating intimacy.
