They talk at cross purposes, with Braylin a bit bewildered at Skyler's responses, until SS starts to explain: "I dreamt about you". "What does that mean?", Braylin asks. "I was dreaming and you were there", Skyler says, matter-of-factly. Braylin becomes impatient, thinking the girl is pulling her leg, and is ready to leave, declaring: "Look, I get it. Some people don't like realtors and that's okay, but I help people". "It's not that. I have dreams about people and they just show up. It usually means I'm going to have sex with them", Skyler insists.

"So, what if I just get up and leave?", Braylin asks. "You could, but in a couple of days, maybe months, even years, you'll be back", Skyler asserts. "You're really sure of yourself, aren't you?", Braylin says. "It's just how it works", Skyler states flatly. "What if you just list your house, wait for realtors to pile up at your door until you find one that turns you on?", Braylin asks sarcastically. "That's a wild scheme. Trust me, that was never my intention", Skyler replies. After flattering her new acquaintance, Skyler gets up from the living room couch, and Braylin asks her: "Hey, where are you going?". "The bedroom", Skyler answers. "Seriously, and you expect me to follow you", Braylin wonders. "I know you will", Skyler says. On cue, Braylin smiles and follows her to --- the bedroom!

In the bedroom, Skyler announces: "You're here, as predicted". Braylin gets a bit flustered, but settles down to business: "My clients want to know if the walls are quake-resistant". Skyler laughs, and beckons her to sit on the bed next to her. "To be honest, you're easier than most", Skyler admits. The two blondes kiss, tentatively at first. But soon, Braylin begins undressing, and fondles Skyler with obvious interest in the mysterious "psychic". She lifts up Skyler's top and whispers: "You're so beautiful", and begins sucking on her erect nipples. Skyler returns the favor and lifts off Braylin's top, and covers her neck with kisses.
